The rare extreme heavy precipitation caused many reservoirs in Henan to fail to operate normally, coupled with water and power outages in many areas. For a while, drinking water has become a problem for the people of Henan. At this time, there was an urgent need for water purification equipment supplies to ensure the safety of local people's drinking water. On July 22, the official media of the Henan Communist Youth League added water purifiers to the List of Relief Supplies Needed Most. For securing drinking water for medical personnel and people in the affected areas and contributing its share to disaster relief in Henan, Angel responded to the call of the government in the early morning of July 23, and donated the first batch of water purifiers worth five million yuan (about 749,000USD) to the disaster areas in Henan.
